Some of the cereals they make are plain tasting as they do not contain the dried fruits. We HIGHLY recommend the cereals with dried fruit.

The Great Kashi Foods

This is the New Recipe from Healthy Choice for their Chicken TV dinner. The pictures here show the package, and the After Microwaved meal. Surprisingly good tasting, for a TV dinner! The corn was nice and crisp, the chicken and potatoes were real (not processed food) and the dessert was REAL apples and granola. Nice low salt content, and had 16g of protein and SIX g of Fiber!

This is a new pasta from Ronzoni which has ALA Omega 3. The pasta is a whole wheat pasta – a whole wheat blend. Some of the key benefits of this pasta are the HIGH FIBER (6g – 26% of the daily recommended value). The ALA Omega 3 content equals 360mg, which is 28% of the recommended daily recommended amount.
How does it taste?
